King and Queen County Warrant Records King and Queen County Warrant Records

King and Queen County Warrant Records is a private guide, not a county office, court clerk, or law-enforcement desk. We cannot look up a person's warrant status, recall a warrant, accept a surrender, take bond, or interpret a court order. For an official answer, contact the office that holds the record: the Sheriff's Office for service and law-enforcement questions, or the court clerk for a court case. This page gives verified public contacts and explains which questions belong with each office. JDR access has additional privacy limits, and its local counter operates only on selected days.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site and have no warrant system. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear one, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. The county does not publish a public active-warrant roster, and the Sheriff's Office does not promise a phone or walk-in warrant-status search. Ask the issuing court or Sheriff's Office how to confirm a specific record.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Use these routes for official King and Queen County questions. Call ahead before traveling because hours, access rules, and case-specific disclosure limits can apply.

  • Service or law-enforcement questions: contact the King and Queen County Sheriff's Office. Its public contact page lists the main office number; it does not advertise a public warrant roster or guaranteed status check.
  • A Circuit Court case or felony file: contact the Circuit Court Clerk. The Circuit Clerk maintains Circuit Court files and can explain permitted record access, but cannot give legal advice.
  • A traffic or misdemeanor case: contact the General District Court Clerk. Payments and filings are accepted in the office only until 4:00 p.m., although the clerk's office closes at 4:30 p.m.
  • A juvenile or family case: contact the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. Confidentiality rules restrict what staff may disclose, including by telephone.
  • A request for county-held public records: contact the county FOIA officer, Tina Ammons. FOIA applies to records held by public bodies; it does not make this private website a records office.
  • Recall, surrender, or bond questions: contact the issuing court and a Virginia attorney. This site cannot determine whether a warrant can be recalled or what steps the court will require.
